Michelle MacGregor is a native to Southern Oregon and enjoys all the beauty the region has to offer. She is a Registered Nurse and Advanced Certified Wound Ostomy Specialist. She has over 17 years experience in the medical field and has worked in various fields such as, PACU, ER, Ortho/Neuro, Home Health, Wound Care, Med-Surg., Administration, and OSBN instructor.
After years in the Medical field, she saw the opportunity to bridge the gap between an individualized/holistic approach and traditional medicine. She set out to develop outpatient wound clinics with a focus in Negative Pressure Wound Therapy and worked to develop a Tribal Health Program for Native Americans utilizing a Lean Healthcare approach.
She has developed educational programs for various levels of medical providers to ensure best practices and excellence in care. Her heart for patient advocacy led her to establish her own company in 2013. As a Legal Nurse Consultant, Michelle extends her advocacy to injured patients and workers, helping secure positive outcomes for her clients.

Jeffrey Whitaker, RN, BSN, CLNC
Growing up in the Midwest and married with five children, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing after developing and operating a successful subcontracting company.
He worked as an Registered Nurse at a community hospital in the Los Angeles area specializing in Medical-Surgical, Heart Center, Telemetry, Emergency Department, and the Intensive Care Unit.
In 2014, He moved to Oregon from Southern California to work in the ICU at Rogue Regional Medical Center, a top 100 Solucent hospital system. Jeff specializes in high risk index cases with multiple complexities.
He is the Readmissions Case Manager in the ER, and strives to reduce readmissions to the hospital through extensive case review. The workflow for achieving this goal involves thoroughly screening charts of high-risk patients, looking for any possible deficiencies in hospital or community-based care. He daily exercises the critical-thinking process, detail-oriented chart review, and care coordination. Jeff believes it is especially rewarding to impact deficiencies in healthcare and case management. As a NALNC member, he is proud to make an impact in the legal field.
